Shipping policy

All purchases are shipped from Framingham, MA and are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

We only offer shipping in the United States. 

Your order will be shipped in 5-7 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. If you need something sooner feel free to email us at phat.bottomed@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

We offer a flat rate of $12 for all purchases. Purchases of $75 or more will receive free shipping. 

Phat Bottomed is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the care of the Postal Service. Please file a claim with USPS or UPS if you believe a package has been compromised. We will not offer a refund for any lost or stolen packages.
